Law-Decree No. 36/2012 of 15th February, Article 7, establishes the General Board as being the body for consultation, support and participation in defining the general lines of action of ANQEP, I.P. and the deliberations of the board of directors. The General Board is chaired by the chairperson of the Board of Directors of ANQEP, I.P., who is replaced, in case of absences and impediments, by the member designated by the chairperson for that effect.
